Bloomer Plastics, Inc, was founded in 1971 in Bloomer, a small town nestled in Wisconsin`s Chippewa Valley. The company was formed to service custom niche markets requiring embossed polyolefin films for industrial applications. We are manufacturers of Polyolefin films distributed around the world. Our focus on custom engineering and quality service drives our success in manufacturing films ideally matched to our customers` needs. Over the years our Company has grown in all aspects, including sales revenue, number of employees, shipping volume, products and customer base. In 2004, Bloomer Plastics, Inc supplied 28,000,000 pounds of custom embossed film to companies around the world. The objectives of our quality management system include the following: Product returns and allowances for reasons of non-conformance to requirements shall represent less than 0.5% of sales. The number and severity of required corrective actions will exhibit a downward trend over time. 95% of orders shall be delivered within 25 days of completed contract review. The average delivery time of all orders shall be 16 days. Provide exceptional quality products, striving to exceed our customers` expectations. Polyolefin Films
Bloomer Plastics offers dry, non-tacky adhesive films activated by heat/pressure. The entire film structure can be adhesive, or a barrier layer may be embedded with high melt temperature. Currently, our adhesive films are used in the following markets: Automotive Carpet Graphic Arts Metal protection Packaging Protective masking Textiles Adhesion is possible to a wide variety of substrates including: Fabrics Fiberglass Foams Metal Non-woven`s Paper Scrims Plastics Film Properties: A wide variety of activation temperatures, melt flows and strengths.
