About Us

Founded in 1991 TCP Group, Inc. specializes in the printing of blister cards, folding cartons and other printed packaging materials.  Located in the metro Detroit, Michigan area TCP Group has pioneered a unique, completely in-line manufacturing process using flexographic printing for the production of these products. 
 
TCP Group, Inc. is one of a small number of companies that have the expertise to produce blister cards and folding carton packaging using flexographic printing. 

Packaging Services

Blister card packaging is the main focus of TCP Group, Inc and continues to be one of the fastest growing segments in the plastic packaging business. It is used extensively by companies wanting maximum in-store display exposure for their products. 
 
Innovation has long been a hallmark of the Company`s history and its expertise includes development of in-line lamination of reinforced hanger holes, in-line embossing of cards, and in-line production of cards with multiple colors on the backside. 

With the ability to have smaller production runs at a competitive price, shorter manufacturing lead times, the need for large volumes of inventory is eliminated and products can be delivered on a Just-In-Time basis.

Printing Equipment

TCP Group, Inc has equipment capable of running plastics, recycled paperboard, poly, SBS and chipboard in calipers ranging from .008 to. 028. By combining the latest advances made in the areas of Pre-Press and Plate-Making with our customized presses allows us to offer high quality flexographic printing that rivals offset printing.
